Become a Dealer

The Decor Group of companies welcomes applications from dynamic business-minded men and women throughout North America who would like sell Decor products and services to their customers in their city, town or region. We offer three different levels of business partnership. Each level has its own distinctive advantages and levels of business involvement with our company.

Basic Requirements

For applicants to be authorized to sell the Decor line of products and services as an Approved Decor Dealer, each applicant must be a registered and established retail business in their specific region or area. A retail storefront location is required and must be approved. Furthermore, applicants must provide verifiable banking credentials and a good credit history and have a solid reputation as an honest business that will uphold the values, integrity and commitment to quality and service that is associated with the Decor brand.

Dealers that apply will only be approved once the completed application and payments have been received and reviewed to the complete satisfaction of Decor corporate management. We are committed to providing service excellence and will make every effort to process any applications expeditiously. Only serious business inquires will be considered.

Application Process

To become an Approved Decor Dealer, you should review the different levels of business partnerships available and make a decision where you would like to get started. Then download, complete and sign the Dealer Application form and send it to us via fax or email. Make certain you fully complete the application and provide all the required contact and banking information. Any incomplete forms sent to us will not be processed. The entire process should take from one to two weeks to fully complete depending on the level of business relationship you have requested. You can upgrade the level of your dealership at any time.

Application & Dealer Costs

There is no fee to apply for any level of Decor Dealership for management to review your application form. However, if you choose an advanced level of business involvement with the Decor Group you will be required to enter into a formal business agreement that will involve a revenue sharing plan or an up-front investment in products or marketing materials. You may be required to purchase items such as demo units, product displays, marketing literature or other important items you will need to retail our products and services to your local customers. The cost this business investment will depend on the scope of your involvement as an Authorized Decor Dealer. All persons who apply at any level must also be prepared to sign a Business Confidentiality Agreement so that propitiatory information, sales data, marketing information, competitive business strategies or other sensitive information disclosed by the Decor Group in any form will not be shared with any potential competitors even if the application is not approved.

Dealership Levels

There are three distinct levels of business partnership with distinct features and advantages. These are:

Level 1. Associate Decor Dealership

This minimal level of business involvement allows small companies to carry the complete line of Decor products and allows them to advertise themselves as local representatives using their own business name. There are no restrictions on other competitive products they carry and no assigned territory. All orders are 20% discounted and delivered to your business location via FOB shipment. Level 2. Partial Decor Dealership

This is the next step up for a small businesses where you are formally assigned a protected territory exclusive to your own retail business area. You can also optionally purchase the use of the Decor Name for your company territory and you have the option to purchase any display units, sales literature or other materials required to promote the Decor brand identity in your assigned area. On site support and/or training for products supplied is available on a per-incident basis. Strategic marketing, sales and other competitive business mentoring or information intended to promote our products in your area is available but may be subject to a one time free or provided on a per-incident basis. Costs can be amortized and there is free delivery to your to your business location for all orders that are $1000 or more. Click here to accept delear level.

Level 3. Full Decor Dealership

This is the highest level of business relationship with the Decor Group of companies where you become a regional representative of the Decor brand. It provides a complete turn-key operation where you are setup with everything you need to operate as a complete, fully protected business solution representing the Decor brand in your assigned city, town or region. It involves a complete showroom setup with full product and business support and training, free delivery for any orders of any amount, and no charge for product display units and samples required for your location. A franchise free of 2% is required for this business partnership level. These business partners cannot carry any competing business products at their location but they are free to carry value-added products or services they want or need to increase sales or improve their market position against local businesses. All levels are upgradable to the next level of business partnership at any time but are subject to review and approval. As with any business, persons who are making application must be prepared to invest significant amounts of personal time and money to achieve business success. Decor management is prepared to support our business associates so that we can achieve mutual business success and profitability.
